Abstract

These Rules have been adopted in implementation of Directive 92/45/EEC which makes provision on public health and animal health problems relating to the killing of wild game and the placing on the market of wild-game meat. The Rules consist of the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Provisions applicable to Community production and trade; (III) Provisions applicable to imports into the Community. Moreover, two Schedules are attached.
