Abstract

These Provisions are enacted in accordance with the Law on Ports, the Work Safety Law, the Regulation on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals for the purposes of strengthening the safety management of hazardous goods at ports, preventing and reducing accidents of hazardous goods, protecting the safety of people's lives and property, and protecting the environment. The Provisions consist of 7 Chapters: General provisions; Port construction project safety review and examination; Qualifications of operators; Operation management; Emergency management; Safety supervision and administration; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions.
