Chapter I concerns the drafting of the Provincial Plan by the Provincial Forestry Inspectorate, to be approved within 180 days from the entry into force of the Act. The content is described with full details under article 2. It shall determine the forest areas to be particularly protected and the means to be used for the prevention and extinction of forest fires. Chapter II lays down further provisions dealing with forest fires prevention and fire-fighting activities. Chapter III sets out several prohibitions and related penalties.
