Abstract

This Provincial Act regulates the gathering of mushrooms in order to contribute to the conservation of those benefits to plant ecosystems which arise from the existence of spontaneous mushrooms and to avoid the negative effects deriving from the anthropic impact. Article 2 contains some provisions related to the collection of mushrooms: the total quantity to be gathered per day, the hours during which gathering is forbidden as well as the means which are prohibited. The gathering of mushrooms is permitted only upon authorization to be granted by the Provincial Council. Article 4 concerns the issuance of special permits. Articles 7 and 8 concern inspection and penalties respectively.
