Amended article 2 is amended as follows: (a) by replacing the definition of the term "wildlife" with the following new definition: wildlife "means game, wild birds, foxes and mouflon" and (b) by adding the appropriate alphabetical order the following new term and definition of "fox" which "means the species Vulpes vulpes». New article 26A is amended by adding, immediately after section 26 thereof, the following new section: "26A managing and controlling the fox population, issued by the Minister at the written opinion of the Scientific Committee, may establish management and control measures of fox population".
