Abstract

This is a Proposal Document suggesting the amendment of water-course and hydropower regulations - whereby authorities shall invite owners of dams for hydroelectric power in Gudenaa to carry out maintenance of watercourses, where the Ministry of Environment shall decide on their duty of populating with fish the Gudenaa system according to planning set by Fisheries Act.
