These standards shall apply to propagation material for ornamental plants which are produced or marketed within the European Union. Regulation 6 describes the general certification procedure to be followed. Particular conditions to be met by the propagation material are defined under regulation 8, whereas regulation 9 sets out the conditions to be fulfilled by suppliers.
