Abstract

These Regulations made by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, prohibit, subject to certain exemptions, the non-medical tail docking of cattle. Section 36(4)(b) of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 shall apply to this rule (penal provisions).
