Abstract

These Regulations prohibit the sale or offer or exposure for sale of salmon caught by rod and line in certain inland fisheries. A person shall neither sell nor offer nor expose for sale salmon caught by rod and line in any fishery to which section 25 of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 applies (i.e. a fisheries for which the Fisheries Conservancy Board is responsible).
