Abstract

"Fishing is prohibited in the areas specified in the Schedule to these Regulations" (art. 2). "Any person who fishes in a prohibited fishing area commits an offence and shall be liable to imprisonment for 6 months and to a fine of $ 1,000 (art. 3). The Regulations consist of 3 articles and a Schedule listing the areas in which fishing is prohibited.
