Abstract

This Programme for monitoring the trade of plant protection products for the year 2021, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on plant protection products, determines issues and action regarding the executors, the number of facilities and control lists of facilities engaged in trade with plant protection products (aimed for facilities for retail, wholesale, import, including customs warehouses). The goal of the Programme is to verify the conditions in facilities for retail trade of plant protection products. The Programme aims to identify irregularities in order to eliminate them and implement timely activities with the goal of elimination of potential danger to humans, plants, animals or environment.
