The present Programme enters into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

The present Programme implements the Council Directive 2006/88/EC on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals of 24 October 2006. Under this Directive fish diseases are divided into exotic and non-exotic fish disease. The text consists of 8 articles.
