Abstract These Regulations amend Part V of Schedule 2 in order to give effect in England to Commission Decision 2002/794/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to poultrymeat, poultrymeat products and poultrymeat preparations intended for human consumption and imported from Brazil. These Regulations also correct an earlier defect in the principal Regulations by including in Part V of Schedule 2 to that instrument a reference to Commission Decision 2002/251/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to poultrymeat and certain fishery and aquaculture products intended for human consumption and imported from Thailand.
