Regulations come into force on 11 October 2002.
Abstract

These Regulations amend section C of Part I and section H of Part IX of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations 2002 in order to give effect in England to Commission Decisions concerning certain protective measures with regard to the products of animal origin imported from China, revoking the protective measures with regard to the fishery and aquaculture products imported from Vietnam and concerning protective measures with regard to the fishery and aquaculture products imported from Pakistan.
