Abstract

"No person shall export or cause to be exported any produce specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto unless such produce has been certified in writing by an inspector to be free of all pest" (rule 3). If required so by an inspector, specified export produce shall be fumigated not more than seven days prior to export (rule 4, comma 1). The second comma of rule 4 specifies fumigation methods. Storage and transport of fumigated produce shall be free of pest infestation (rule 5). (6 rules and a Schedule)
