Abstract

These Regulations require every processed food manufactured, imported, exported, advertised, sold or distributed in Nigeria to be registered in accordance with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control in accordance with provisions of these Regulations. The Agency may undertake, for the purposes of registration, an inspection of an establishment where any operation for the purpose of production of a processed food is carried out.
