Abstract

Regulations to formulate procedures for the collection and use of fishery resources propagation and protection fees. Article 1 stipulates that all units and individuals who harvest aquatic animals or plants that grow naturally or are artificially cultured within waters under the jurisdiction of China shall pay fees. The text then deals with the collection system, the determination of the amount of fee, and the utilization of the collected fees.
