Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force as from 1 January 1981 except for the provisions of article 17 which shall enter into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The Order makes provisions regarding the composition, manufacturing specifications, packaging or labelling of fruit juices, fruit purée, concentrated fruit purée and fruit nectar. These products may be marketed only if they conform to the definitions and rules laid down in this Order. In article 16 to this Order, a series of Decrees and Regulation are amended or abrogated.
