Abstract

This Order implements all articles and annexes of the Directive. Furthermore, with the purpose of adapting the existing national regulations to those of the Council Directive No. 94/65/EC, all regulations made under Presidential Order No. 159/1991 are abrogated, except those of article 11, paragraph 1, comma e.
