The Presidential Decree enters into force on 13 September 2000.
Abstract

Articles 1 and 2 of the Presidential Decree give the definition of coffee extracts and chicory extracts. "Coffee extract" means the concentrated products obtained by extraction from roasted coffee beans using only water as the medium of extraction and excluding any process of hydrolisis involving the addition of an acid or a base. "Chicory extract" refers to the concentrated product obtained by extraction from roasted chicory using only water as the medium of extraction and excluding any process
