Abstract

This Presidential Decree lays down addenda to Presidential Decree No. 128 of 7 April 1999. The Ministry of Health shall fix by Decree the following limit values: (a) maximum residue limits for pesticide residues in processed cereals-based foods and baby foods; (b) pesticides that may not be used for agricultural products intended for the production of processed cerals-based foods and baby foods; (c) maximum allowable pesticide residue. Further addenda to Presidential Decree No. 128 of 1999 concern: (a) the definition of pesticide residue; (b) ingredients that may be used for the preparation of the above-mentioned products.
