Abstract These Regulations have been adopted in implementation of European Union Council Directive 2001/114/EC, which makes provision in matter of certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption. The provisions hereby established shall apply to partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk defined in the First Schedule. Labelling requirements are set out as well.
