Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the marketing of poultry meat. Non-packed or prepacked poultry meat may be marketed only if marked in accordance with the relevant EU regulations (EU Ordinance No. 1906/90 of 26 June 1990 on marketing provisions for poultry meat). Furthermore, slaughterhouses must ensure that poultry lots bear the date of production which has to be registered. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
