Abstract An Ordinance by the Regional government of Salzburg on the campaign against the potato cyst nematodes disease, whereby the competent local authority carries out a number of controls. Moreover, whoever suspects the existence of the said disease must report it to the competent local authority. Article 4 specifies the measures to be adopted in case of a suspected potato disease.
