Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2010 and expires on 31 December 2014.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Schleswig-Holstein Water Law of 11 February 2008 and the Port Ordinance of 9 February 2005. In particular, the present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to security in ports when handling hazardous goods. The text consists of 31 articles.
