These Regulations come into operation on 27 June 2015.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of five Parts, regulate Local Port Management. The objective of these Regulations is to provide for the safe, efficient and effective management of local ports within the meaning of the Port Management Act 1995. These Regulations are made under section 98 of the Port Management Act 1995 and divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (I); Powers of port managers (II); Management of local ports (III); Activities in local ports (IV); Savings and transitionals (V).
