Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Plants Ordinance, requires aircrafts coming from outside of Tuvalu to be treated with insecticide to the satisfaction of the Quarantine Officer and in accordance with these Regulations. The Regulations also prohibit the obstructing of a Quarantine Officer in performing his or her duties and the giving of false information within the scope of these Regulations and prescribes penalties for such offences.
