Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Plants Act, concern disinfection of aircrafts arriving in Tuvalu. Aircrafts shall be sprayed with insecticide as directed by, and to the satisfaction of, a quarantine officer. These Regulations set out also certain requirements in the case n aircraft has been disinfected before landing.
