Abstract

These Rules prescribe a variety of measures to protect plants from infectious diseases. The measures include: control and fumigation of imported plants and packages of plants; notification and certification of imported plants; seizure inspection and treatment of plants; and destruction of plants, insects affecting plants or vegetables.
