Abstract

These Regulations: (a) prescribe genera and species for the purposes of paragraph 12[1][e] of the Act; (b) declare genera and species of plants for purposes of subsection 13[1] of the Act; (c) prescribe market evaluation for purposes of comma [iii] of paragraph 22[2][b], and; (d) prescribe fees for services listed in Schedule 2. (6 regulations and a Schedule)
