Abstract

These Regulations amend the Plant Varieties (Proprietary Rights) Regulations, 1981 by prescribing a period of four years for the purposes of paragraph 2 (d) (ii) of the First Schedule to the Act and extending the list of plant species for which plant breeders' rights may be granted.
