Abstract

These provisions lay down some amendments to Schedules II, IV, V and VII of the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations. The amendments deal with (i) the list of harmful organisms whose introduction into Malta is banned (Schedule II); (ii) special requirements for the introduction and movement of plants and plant products into and within Malta (Schedule IV); (iii) the list of plants and plant products which must be subject to plant health inspection (Schedule V); and (iv) the plant health clearance form (Schedule VII).
