These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on 20 April 2004.
Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to implement the amendments made by European Union Commission Directive 2004/32 amending Directive 2001/32 concerning certain zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the European Community. Schedule VII of the Plant Quarantine (Harmful Organisms) Regulations, 2004 is amended accordingly.
