A pest control program will contain the following: (1) Program targets, (2) Afflictions to be controlled, (3) The area to be treated, (4) Activation periods, (5) Equipments (6) Other factors. A program shall be activated only if the director has controlled the following: (1) A survey, with correlated maps, about the areas to be treated has been done by the Plant Protection Department. (2) Qualified personnel had been assigned for the program operations. A map containing the area to be treated shall be exposed for public view in the Plant Protection Department. A note with the pest control program will be exposed in the Local Authority offices in which the program will be activated. Levy for the treatment expenses shall be calculated on a factor basis: (1) The dimension and characteristics of the area. (2) The types of afflictions treated.
