Abstract

This Regulation gives definitions and makes provisions for the use and packaging of hormonal weed exterminators. A Hormonal Weed Exterminator is a weed pesticide containing Acetic-Phenoxy Acid or its surrogates. Only hormonal weed pesticides will be packed by the producer in packs of 100, 30, 3 or 1 litre. A one litre hormonal weed pesticide will be packed in a container wrapped with a net sleeve and a plastic bag. A person shall not spread hormonal weed pesticide from an airplane unless using packs of three litres and bigger.
