Schedule 1 sets out the instruments that amend Council Directive 91/414/EEC which is implemented by the principal Regulations. The consequence of amendments to the principal Directive is that two active substances are added to Annex I of the Directive so that the list of active substances, which can be used in products that may be approved under the principal Regulations for placing on the market, is extended accordingly.
