Abstract

Owners or occupiers of land shall at the notification of the Inspector undertake measures to combat pests and diseases (rule 2). The Senior Agricultural Officer may intervene if no remedy is found (rule 3). Removal of diseased or infested material may be prohibited (rule 4). The Inspector may prohibit the use for propagation purposes of any seed or part of a plant taken from a notified property (rule 5). (5 rules)
