Abstract

This Ordinance gives definitions and sets rules for the disinfection of pea seeds. The director of the Plant Protection Department or/and the director the Seeds Inspection Service of the Ministry of Agriculture have the power to personally order the holder of seeds to disinfect the seeds in the way by them prescribed. The holder of such seeds cannot pass or sell the seeds to another until they are disinfected and marked. Marking will be carried out according to the Seeds Regulation-1964.
