The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1999.
Abstract

Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that the Cantonal Plant Protection Office is the competent authority for plant protection. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Plant Protection Office (2); Duty to inform (3); Disposal of sick plants and host plants (4); Prohibition to plant (5); Measures against contamination by bees (6); Compensation payments (7); Right of appeal (8); Repealing other Ordinances (9); Entry into force (10).
