Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Air Pollution Control Act (BGBl. I Nr. 137/2002). The Ordinance lays down provisions prohibiting the burning of certain hazardous biogenic materials outside incineration facilities. However, article 1 lists some exceptions to this ban.
