The present Ordinance enters into force on 19 August 2013.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Air Pollution Control Act (BGBl. I Nr. 137/2002). The Ordinance lays down provisions prohibiting the burning of certain hazardous biogenic materials outside incineration facilities. However, article 1 lists some exceptions to this ban. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Exceptions to the ban of incineration (1); Safety measures (2); Relation with the Salzburg Fire Police Ordinance (3); Entry into force and repeal.
