The First Schedule lists essential and compulsory fumigation equipment. A person who requires a phytosanitary certificate in respect of fumigation shall give notice of the intention to fumigate to an inspector and the inspector shall be entitled to be present at any fumigation made pursuant to a notice and may give directions. Other provisions concern other control measures and the competence of fumigators.
