Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees charged by the Federal Institute for Consumer Protection and Food Security and the Julius Kühn Institute for official services such as, for example, testing of tools used in plan protection, registration of plant protection substances, etc. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Levying of fees and expenses (1); Calculation of fees (2); Costs (3); Reduction and exemption of fees and expenses (4); Transitional provisions (5); Repeal of existing legislation (6); Entry into force (7). One Annex is enclosed laying down amount of fees to be paid.
