Abstract

Rule 2 prescribes conditions for the importation of coffee plants, berries or beans for transit. Rule 3 provides for powers of the Commissioner for Agriculture to specify a part of the territory for the removal of plants, berries or beans. Rule 4 specifies powers of inspectors to combat diseases. Rules 6 to 9 deal with duties of owners of land with respect to prevention or fighting of diseases. (10 rules)
