Abstract

These Regulations concern the control of pests aaffecting plants in Zambia. An inspector may destroy or order by notice in writing the destruction of any plant, or such portion thereof as he considers necessary, which is infested or appears to be infested with a pest listed in the Schedule to these Regulations.
