Abstract

These Regulations require every person who grows or cultivates dahlia tubers for sale and every person who sells dahlia tubers to apply each year for registration of his/her premises. Every person who has registered his premises in terms of regulation 2 shall keep a register, in the form prescribed in the Schedule, of all sales of dahlia tubers made by him/her.
