Abstract

These Regulations require an owner of land cultivated for the production of cotton to destroy all cotton plants on his land: (a) on or before the 1st August in each year if that land is situated in an infested area or in a quarantine area; (b) on or before the 1st October in each year if that land is situated outside an infested area or a quarantine area.
