Abstract

These Regulations make miscellaneous amendments to plant health legislation applying in England. They amend the amends the Potatoes Originating in Egypt (England) Regulations 2004 enforce Commission Implementing Decision 2011/787/EU on emergency measures. They also amend the Plant Health (England) Order 2005 in relation to communications between authorities and an offence regarding disclosure of information and to enforce Decision 1/2010 of the Joint Committee on Agriculture, which relates to plant health controls on trade in plant material with Switzerland.
