Abstract

These Regulations specify, for Wales, fees to be paid to the Welsh Ministers for plant health services carried out pursuant to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. Fees are to be paid for documentary, identity and plant health checks in relation to certain imports of plants, plant products and other objects from third countries (including fruits, vegetables, soil and trees) and for Plant Health Licences.
