Abstract

These Regulations prescribe fees to be paid for specified inspections and other operations carried out pursuant to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. Fees include: import inspection; fees for inspection of growing crops and provision of labels and seals in respect of applications regarding seed potatoes; and plant health licence fees.
