Among other things, it: (a) amends and inserts certain definitions; (b) amends provisions regarding the movement of plant material from infected areas; (c) amends provisions regarding plant passports; (d) authorizes or prohibits the landing of specified plant material; (e) imposes new requirements regarding phytosanitary certificates and plant passports accompanying imported plant material; and (e) amends the requirements to notify pests.
